During my normal routine of dropping the Kiddo's off at school I decided I would treat myself on the way back home to a Sunrise Subway Melt.
The toasty warm flatbread was a great start, then the tender turkey, crispy bacon, scrumptious Black Forest ham and fluffy egg white under a blanket of the "must-have" my favorite, Swiss melted cheese topped it off. I also chose to layer with tomatoes and a dab of spinach. In a word, Yummy! I grabbed a cup of coffee... and what an Delightful start to my day!
