From the author of acclaimed children's book Abe's Lucky Day comes the much-anticipated Bizzy Bee and the Flowers. Tolerance. Diversity. Cooperation. As a newly-hatched bumblebee, Bizzy is excited to be out in the world carrying pollen to the plants and flowers in nearby fields. Will a selfish sunflower, a domineering rock, and a wary rosebush keep him from his important work?
Bizzy Bee sets out on his own away from his colony drinking nectar and helping to pollinate the crops and wildflowers. He enjoys being on this colorful adventure and learning new things. Along the way he meets a not-so-nice rock, a selfish sunflower, and a timid dandelion among others. Tired from flying all day, he meets a very nice daisy who lets him rest on her petals.
The beautiful Illustrations along with the lesson learned that it doesn't matter what you look like, it's what is in your heart that counts! Highly Recommended!
