Char Crust® Dry-Rub Seasonings are a Huge Hit! #Giveaway

I recently received the following four Char Crust® dry-rub seasonings to try for myself.





I knew that dry rubs were suppose to seal in the juices for a tender, flavorful experience. However, it always looked like waayy too much spice for our liking, especially for my daughters. I was afraid they wouldn't eat it.

I'll admit, I was a bit scared once I completely dredged our steaks with the Roasted Garlic Peppercorn dry-rub seasoning, you can see how "spicy" they look...




Once I spritzed them with cooking spray to prevent the spices from burning, my Hubby put these delicious "smelling" steaks on the grill, searing them on both sides,  then grilling to our taste. I think the hardest part for him (out of habit) was not pressing down on the steaks or "peeking" to see the doneness. After-all, we didn't want to lose the juiciness.


Was I ever surprised!  Grilled to perfection, the Roasted Garlic Peppercorn dry-rub had cooked down, deliciously caramelized without losing any of the steaks juices. The shocker was that my youngest "picky-eater" daughter luved the meat! It wasn't too spicy for her. In fact, she had thirds!!



We all have definitely had a change of "taste buds" and will continue to use the Char Crust® dry-rub seasonings for a flavorful, tender, and delicious juicy food experience! I can't wait to try them on some veggies next!
