She is fun to be around and always looks on the bright side of life...even when life doesn't go exactly as planned! She tells them it's okay to enjoy life even when we hit bumps along the way, because sometimes it's the lesson that is important!
Ann teaches us many lessons about life, love and happiness. Ann's Amazing Adventure is a children's story based loosely on a real life event. "This story began in 1959, but at the time I had no idea that it was the beginning of a story." Author, Jeanetta Brancaccio describes the series of events in a heartwarming narrative on the pages of Ann's Amazing Adventure. Read Ann's tale and carry her in your heart on your own adventure.
In this heartwarming and brightly illustrated adventure, Nancy didn't have a lot of toys, but she did have her special doll, Ann. While Nancy's family was making a move across country, Ann accidentally fell out of the car onto a grassy spot!
This is when Ann's big adventure begins.. thankful to be all in one piece, Ann wondered if her family would miss her and come back for her. What if it rains?
She heard a car drive up and soon she found herself in a dogs mouth and ended up going home with this new family. This girl had a lot of toys and Ann, isn't feeling very important because all of these girls toys were expensive and fashionable.
She reminded herself of what Nancy's mom always told her.. to look for the good in everything and to have hope. To help pass the days, Ann watched the housekeeper, gardener, her new family playing in the snow. When the days turned into years the little girl in her new family grew up, and she found herself being packed away with the other toys! Ann is an inspiration to the other dolls who were afraid and wondered what the future held for all of them. Ann reminded them of the good and hope in life.
Where will Ann and the other toys end up? After all these years will Ann ever find Nancy again? Journey along with Ann and all the emotions that go along with life changes and her bright outlook as she never gives up. *Highly Recommended*
About the Author..
Jeanetta has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. While keeping busy with her large family she started a business renting out VW Campers in the 60's, and opened a health food store in the 70's, which is still in the family. She has a love for writing, mostly in the forms of poems, positive affirmations and letters, and also collecting Pinocchio memorabilia, simply because it’s a story about unconditional love.
Jeanetta resides in Stuart, Florida, with Donald, her husband of 55 years, is a mother of six and grandmother of 13. While it is not easy to accomplish, she adores having every single family member together under one roof. However, she admits now, as she approaches her 8th decade, that it's better when it's someone else's roof!
